Email support@mountaindrop.com as soon as possible with your order number. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, so the sooner we hear from you, the better the chance we can still change it.
No. Bundles are already discounted, so discount codes don’t work on them. See all bundles.
When a product is on pre-order, the expected dispatch time is shown on its product page. Pre-orders ship within 30 business days of purchase. The full terms are in our shipping policy.
Shipping & delivery
6 questionsTo every EU country and many others, including the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If your country is listed at checkout, we deliver there.
Shipping is free on orders over €90. Below that, the cost for your country is shown at checkout before you pay. Subscription orders always ship free.
We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Inside the EU, most parcels arrive 2–7 days after dispatch. Deliveries to other countries can take longer.
As soon as your parcel ships, we email you the tracking number.
Not inside the EU. For US orders, we cover the import tariffs. For the UK and other countries outside the EU, local duties or taxes can apply on delivery. They’re charged by your government, so we can’t refund them.
If a parcel is refused, not collected, or sent back because of a wrong address, we refund up to 50% of the order value. The rest covers shipping, return and handling costs. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Once your refund is approved, the money goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

About our Shilajit
9 questionsA natural resin that seeps from rock high in the Himalaya and Altai mountains. Over thousands of years it becomes rich in minerals and other compounds: more than 85 nutrients, with fulvic acid as the best known. It’s also called mumijo or mountain pitch.
Where it’s harvested and how much fulvic acid it holds. Our Himalayan Shilajit comes from around 5,000 m and measured 81.68% fulvic acid. Our Altai Shilajit comes from around 3,000 m and measured 74.01%. Both were tested by Analytice, an independent lab in Strasbourg, France.
Himalayan also has a stronger taste. It comes in 45 g and 100 g jars, Altai in 25 g, 40 g and 65 g.
Yes. Every batch is tested by independent laboratories for authenticity, purity, heavy metals and harmful bacteria, and we publish the reports. Find the LOT number on your jar and match it to its report on our lab results page.
Stir a spoonful into warm water: real resin dissolves completely, with no grit left at the bottom. Then check the LOT number on your jar against its published lab report. Every jar also carries a safety seal. More on authenticity.
Yes. J.S. Hamilton Poland ran a 90-day study on our Himalayan Shilajit, with an internist checking every participant. The report was published in April 2026. Read the full report (PDF).
Because resin is how shilajit occurs in nature. Powders, capsules and gummies need extra processing and usually other ingredients. Ours is hand-harvested, extracted with filtered water only, and nothing is added.
Shilajit resin reacts to temperature. It’s firm when cool and soft and sticky when warm. Both are completely normal.
Yes. Dissolved resin can look cloudy. That’s normal and doesn’t mean anything is wrong with it.
Shilajit is sensitive to heat and direct sunlight. The violet glass protects the resin from light.
How to use & safety
6 questionsScoop one measuring spoon (0.2 g) with the spoon that comes in the box. Dissolve it in water or warm tea, milk or coffee, no hotter than 39 °C, or take it straight from the spoon.

Strong and earthy. Himalayan is stronger than Altai. Stirred into warm tea or coffee, it’s gone in two swallows.
Yes. Women and men take the same daily amount.
Our products are food supplements, not medicines, and they don’t replace a varied, balanced diet. Stay within the daily amount on the label and keep jars out of reach of children.

Yes. Prime already contains shilajit, and our bundles pair products that fit the same daily routine. Take the daily amount on each label and don’t go over it. If you take medication, ask your doctor first.
In a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, with the lid closed. Pure resin keeps practically indefinitely; the best-before date is on the label. In summer, keep the honey-based blends in the fridge.
Prime & our blends
5 questionsPrime, Flourish, Genius, Microbion and Ashwagandha Plus mix shilajit with other ingredients in a raw honey base. Prime, for example, has 16 ingredients and 600 mg of shilajit in every serving. You’ll find each full ingredient list on its product page.
One measuring spoon a day: 12 g of Prime, Flourish, Genius or Microbion, or 8 g of Ashwagandha Plus. Stir it into water, tea, juice or a shake, or take it straight from the spoon. Keep the drink lukewarm: the exact temperature is on each label (under 35 °C for Prime).
Prime, Flourish and Microbion: 600 g, about 50 servings at one spoon a day. Ashwagandha Plus: 330 g, about 41 servings.
No. Prime is a food supplement with no hormones and no caffeine.
Prime has 16 ingredients, each sourced at the highest quality we can find, and we blend it in our own facility with limited space and strict quality control. We choose quality over quantity, so it sometimes sells out.
Elixir Soap & Energy Bar
4 questionsIt’s handmade with shilajit and natural oils using the cold-process method, at 30–50 °C instead of the high heat used for mass-produced soap. It comes in two scents: Mint and Citronella.
One 100 g bar lasts about 3–4 weeks with daily use by one person.
No. Elixir Soap is not tested on animals.
Each box has 15 bars of 45 g. Every bar contains 200 mg of Himalayan Shilajit and 200 mg of Ashwagandha KSM-66®. The bars are vegan and contain almonds and cashews, so they’re not suitable if you’re allergic to nuts.
